Returns & Exchanges

Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return, in accordance with EU distance-selling regulations.

Return Conditions

• The item must be returned unused, in its original condition, with all protective materials, authenticity cards, dust bags, boxes and accessories intact.
• All original hang tags and security seals must remain attached and undamaged.
• Items will undergo a strict quality and authenticity re-verification upon receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

• Jewellery, watches, fragrances and intimate apparel
• Personalised or custom-made items
• Items explicitly marked “Final Sale”
• Any item showing signs of wear, perfume, make-up, creases, scuffs or removed tags

Shipping Costs & Duties

• Return shipping costs, including any customs duties or taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
• We do not provide pre-paid return labels. Please use a tracked and insured service; risk of loss during return transit remains with the customer.

Refund Process

• Once the item has been received and verified as complying with our return conditions, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Should the item show signs of use or handling that reduce its value, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount or refuse the return.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item according to the above policy and place a new order for the desired piece.
